We uncover the goals and objectives of your event and collaborate on your concept and preliminary needs.
Venue & Supplier Sourcing
We will develop an RFP based on our R&D discussions and obtain, vet, and present proposals for your team to review. Once the team has chosen their preferred venues and vendors, we will work to negotiate the best contract terms to protect your company and maximize savings.
Plan
No detail will be left out. From budget, timelines, vendor management, and contingency plans. We’ve got it covered.
Execute
Conduct final meetings and walk-throughs with venues and suppliers. Manage all the details onsite from load-in to strike and everything in between.
Post Event Review
Debrief with your team to discuss the overall event and obtain feedback. Present final bill reconciliation.
